Starting from a small room in her mother’s home, Jazmyne Magee transformed a simple vision into Jay NeCole Aesthetics & Spa LLC, a growing luxury beauty brand. Her journey began in 2018 offering waxing and facials while studying at Indiana University Northwest. In 2019, she earned her Lash Technician certification, which expanded her skills into lash extensions and opened the door for additional services in 2020 taking classes which included getting certified in brow services, nails, and hair braiding. Jazmyne even started her own hair line selling hair extensions in the same year.

Over the years, Jazmyne continued leveling up her expertise and education. She earned her Phlebotomy Technician certification (2020), completed her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice (2021), became a mother at age 24 (2023), and began pursuing her Master’s in Social Work (2023–present). She then completed a Clinical Medical Assistant program (2025) and officially became a Florida Licensed Esthetician (2025).

Her resilience, ambition, and ability to overcome personal challenges—all while embracing motherhood—have shaped her passion for empowering others through beauty and wellness.

Today, Jay NeCole Aesthetics & Spa offers facials, advanced skincare, lash extensions, waxing, brow services, marketing materials, training classes, and professional lash trays & supplies. Jazmyne’s vision blends luxury, artistry, and heart, creating elevated experiences that help every client feel confident, celebrated, and part of her journey.
